Omicron~! The incarnate manifestation of Neko's 'powers', so to speak. ;p she's a fun, homicidal little maniac. Likes to twist people around her little finger, before stomping on them, even. Rrr-owr~

I love her hair. @_@ I love how she looks. She's so bad. Ye olde character, from waaayyy back, whom I've changed and tweaked and stuff, until I came up with the more simple solution. And I like it lots~!

I love her hair, too. She definitely has a very cool look to her. So evil. I like her lips, too, and I really love the idea of the dark halo. It's so cool. :) Awesome design. The simplicity of it really works.
